SHIPPING:  Shipping is not included in the price of the painting.   It will be estimated at the time of purchase and is at the expense of the purchaser. 

TAXES:  Tax is included.

REFUNDS AND GUARANTEE:  There are no refunds.  But I guarantee paintings will leave my gallery in perfect condition and that they will packed properly and shipped with a reputable carrier.  I guarantee that I will repair, at my expense, any problems that may arise with normal use - not if abused or transported incorrectly. 

NOT SURE if a painting will work in your home?  No problem!    I am willing to lend paintings out to clients with a credit card number as security however, the client is responsible for return shipping costs.
